RoadBlip

How can we help?

For a navigation problem, a road-alert correction or help with your data, contact the team that makes RoadBlip.

Email RoadBlip support

Or write to support@amrani.tech. Tell us your app version, iPhone model and iOS version. For CarPlay, include the vehicle or receiver model and whether the issue happened in the main app, Dashboard or instrument cluster. Share a screenshot only when it is safe; hide personal addresses first.

Common questions

A route will not load

Check the phone's connection and location permission, then retry the destination while safely stopped. Online route calculation needs a connection. RoadBlip may continue a recently calculated active route briefly after connectivity drops; this does not provide new offline routes or downloaded maps.

How do I end navigation or hide an old navigation card?

Use End inside RoadBlip or the CarPlay map. The lock-screen card also has a Hide action. Swiping away a card only hides that card. Force-quitting an app is not a reliable way for iOS to run cleanup code, so a card can remain until it is hidden or expires.

Why do the car and phone use different appearances?

CarPlay follows the appearance supplied by the vehicle or receiver when automatic mode is selected. The iPhone uses its own display preferences. The dashboard and instrument cluster are also controlled in part by the vehicle's supported CarPlay capabilities.

Can RoadBlip remember where I parked?

After you end a drive or disconnect CarPlay, RoadBlip may offer to remember your last suitable parking location. Confirm it on your phone. Find parked car can then guide you back on foot in the app; check that the saved position is correct before leaving your car.

How do I change what I share?

Open Settings → Privacy & data for community reports, automatic traffic reports, route learning and speed samples. Reset anonymous ID changes future contributions and does not delete older reports. See the privacy policy for details and deletion requests.

A camera, speed limit or road closure is wrong

Road conditions and data can change. Obey signs and current restrictions. If the app offers a report-correction action, use it while stopped, or email us the road name and approximate location. RoadBlip is not an emergency service.

Use RoadBlip safely

Set your destination before moving. Use voice guidance and the car's supported controls, and stop safely before changing settings or sending feedback. The driver remains responsible for road signs, speed limits and safe decisions.
